Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Daily Dungeon (the "Game"), operated by Gob Industries ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

1. Playing the Game

The Game is free for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may play without an account. If you create an optional account, keep your password private; you're responsible for activity under your account.

2. Fair play

Leaderboards are meant to be fun and fair. Please don't use bots, scripts, automated solvers or exploits to submit runs, and don't interfere with the Game's servers or other players. We may remove runs, hide players from leaderboards, or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

3. Display names

Display names and usernames must not be offensive, hateful, impersonating, or infringing. We may change or remove any name.

4. Our content

The Game's code, puzzles, artwork, sounds and text are owned by Gob Industries and protected by copyright. You're welcome to share your result text and screenshots of your games. Please don't copy, republish or sell the puzzles or the Game itself.

5. Advertising

The Game shows ads provided by third parties such as Google. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data.

6. Availability and changes

We try to publish a new puzzle every day but don't guarantee the Game will always be available, error-free or unchanged. We may change, pause or discontinue features (including accounts, archives and leaderboards) at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gob Industries will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
